Jacklyn graduated from Hofstra University with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2014 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from Stony Brook University. During her clinical rotations she had various experiences in an acute care, outpatient orthopedics, outpatient pediatrics and a school district, but her true passion lies in orthopedics. She has a strong interest in manual therapy skills and hopes to continue her learning with various continuing education courses in manual therapy and orthopedics while treating at Goodman Physical Therapy.
Jacklyn Plonski, DPT
Thomas graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2010. He then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2015, where he finished second in his class. Thomas also earned an Outstanding Clinical Achievement award during his Doctorate studies.
Thomas has a passion for manual therapy, completing continuing education courses in both functional manual therapy, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Thomas values a Physical Therapist’s lifelong commitment to learning, and enjoys exploring a wide array of treatment approaches & philosophies in an attempt to constantly provide the best care to his patients.
Tom Sanders, DPT
Christopher graduated from Quinnipiac University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science (2003) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (2005). He went on to further his education at Stony Brook University where he completed his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (2009).
Christopher has had experience in multiple physical therapy settings including acute care and neurological rehabilitation but ultimately found his passion in outpatient orthopaedics.
In 2005 he started working as a staff therapist for Empire Physical Therapy and became Director of the clinic in 2006. For more than a decade, he has focused his practice on manual therapy. Through continuing education, Christopher has broadened his knowledge in numerous areas such as the shoulder, knee, neck and back. He uses advanced manual approaches like Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Graston Technique (certified provider), Kinesiotaping (certified practitioner) and Mulligan concepts (SNAGS and MWMS).
In 2014 Christopher opened Goodman Physical Therapy, where he focused his time and energy into providing quality care and healing to his patients. He has continued to bring enthusiasm and passion to every aspect of his practice.

Dr. Kristen Berry graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (2002) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2005). While at Stony Brook, Kristen was honored with the Clinical Excellence Award in her graduating class. Kristen has been working in outpatient orthopedics focusing on Sports Medicine for the past 13 years. She also has extensive experience in pediatrics, treating children with both physical and neurological impairments.
Kristen spends ample time focusing on continuing her education and attends seminars regularly in order to provide her patients with the best and most up to date care. She has completed over 30 courses and is a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner and Graston Technique Certified Specialist. As a local to Babylon, she is very involved in her community. Kristen runs fundraisers and toy drives to help support those in need throughout the year.
